It is compulsory that you completely agree to the below terms of service before creating your Gensan IT Solutions account and enroll in any services. By using or continuing to use any of the Gensan IT Solutions services, you are automatically agreeing to the conditions of this document.

The Gensan IT Solutions terms of service (TOS) have been designed to provide our clients with a very clear and transparent understanding of what we expect of them while using any of the services offered here at Gensan IT Solutions. The use or continued use of any of the Gensan IT Solutions services represents your complete acceptance and undeniable agreement to the Gensan IT Solutions (TOS), regardless of whether you have physically read them or not.


Upon initial registration Gensan IT Solutions has accepted your use across all available services. For this reason under normal conditions your accounts activity will not be monitored regularly. Additionally, Gensan IT Solutions does not implement editorial control over any content of any web site. This includes but is not limited to newsgroup material, e-mails, articles, or personal blogs. However in full agreement with the Gensan IT Solutions (TOS), Gensan IT Solutions reserves the right and ability to remove any material that in our individual judgment might be illegal, may subject Gensan IT Solutions to any degree of liability or may violate the Gensan IT Solutions (TOS). Under any and all circumstances Gensan IT Solutions reserves the right to assist with legal proceedings whether that is with third parties and/or directly with law enforcement to further examine any suspected or alleged crime or civil offense. Violation of the Gensan IT Solutions (TOS) to any extent may result in the suspension or immediate termination of your Gensan IT Solutions account in addition to the suspension or termination of any currently active Gensan IT Solutions services.


Accounts do experience a routine monitoring of system exploitation, possible security and fraud risks as well as during the preparation of billing procedures. It must be understood that a delayed action or complete failure on Gensan IT Solutions part to implement this policy for whatever reason will not be construed as a waiver of our right to do so at any time.


In review, as a participating member of the Gensan IT Solutions hosting community and internet society, you alongside the rest of the Gensan IT Solutions clientele will access your account morally, sensibly and most of all responsibly.


I. Gensan IT Solutions Account Setup


Initially you can expect your Gensan IT Solutions account to experience instant activation providing you issue a prompt reply to our activation e-mail request; your services tied to your Gensan IT Solutions account however will be setup after receipt of payment as well as our payment partners getting a chance to screen the order for potentially fraudulent activity. Examples of completely unacceptable applications can consist of but are not limited to:

  • Hosting of MP3 files unless written proof of ownership is available
  • Internet Relay Chat (IRC) Bots
  • Adult oriented material
  • Warez (torrents, cracks, serial keys, etc) type websites
  • Proxy scripts
  • Any hateful material whether racial, religious or otherwise
  • Any sort of password sharing website
  • Hosting pirated software
  • Any unlawful content to any degree


II.i Distribution of Mischievous Code or Programs


Distributions to any extent of software that attempts to and/or successfully causes damage, aggravation, or annoyance to any individual, data set or technical device are absolutely forbidden. Examples of such mischievous code or programs can consist of but are not limited to Trojan horses, computer viruses and internet based worms. Any evidence of such an offense having occurred or continues to do so will result in immediate termination of the account in addition to the termination any services still associated with said account. If applicable the proper authorities will be notified.



II.ii Legal Violation


Violating copyrighted, patented or trademarked works through reproduction and/or distribution under no circumstance will be tolerated. These violations also encompass the distribution of trade secrets and intellectual property rights. It is not acceptable to use any of the Gensan IT Solutions services to convey any form of the material that violates any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party. These violations can consist of but are not limited to the illicit replication of copyrighted material, the digitization and/or distribution of photographs from print sources as well the illicit transfer of copyrighted programs.



II.iii File Hosting


File storage or file hosting of any sort is firmly forbidden across any of the Gensan IT Solutions services offered. Under no circumstance may our clients use their Gensan IT Solutions account as file storage and/or a download warehouse. Gensan IT Solutions services are offered firmly for website hosting and upkeep only. Do not be mistaken, this does not conclude that downloads are a direct violation of the Gensan IT Solutions (TOS), it does however mean that any of the Gensan IT Solutions services cannot and will not drive a website that focuses on downloads. Additionally you may not use your Gensan IT Solutions service as a storage warehouse for games, videos or music files. Attaching a specific value to the statement, any Gensan IT Solutions account may not surpass 10% of space or bandwidth in games, videos or music files. These values are adjustable (plus or minus) under the sole discretion of the Gensan IT Solutions technical support crew as they are dependent upon the specific nature of the files.



II.iv Adult Oriented Websites


Due to a variety of legal, moral and ethical insinuations, Gensan IT Solutions cannot and will not authorize sexually explicit material to be hosted or transmitted to any extent across any of the Gensan IT Solutions services.



III. Payment Information


You understand that in order for Gensan IT Solutions to process your payments in a timely fashion and maintain your service uninterrupted it is necessary to have accurate and up to date information on file. Additionally by agreeing to the Gensan IT Solutions (TOS) you agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Gensan IT Solutions in an advanced arrangement for the time period during which such services are received. You also agree that unless you notify Gensan IT Solutions a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the completion of your billing period of your desire to revoke any or all services received, those services will continue to be billed on a recurring basis.



IV. Data Loss and Backups


Your use of any of the Gensan IT Solutions services is done so under your individual risk. Gensan IT Solutions under no circumstance is responsible or can be held liable for any or all data dwelling on the Gensan IT Solutions servers. Gensan IT Solutions does make an attempt at mitigating any potential data loss as we maintain regular backup copies of client websites and e-mail files, however it remains impossible for Gensan IT Solutions to guarantee the contents of a website will never be removed, tainted, destroyed or that a backup of a website will always be obtainable. You agree to take full responsibility for any and all data transferred to and from the Gensan IT Solutions servers and to preserve suitable backups of any and all data stored on any of the Gensan IT Solutions servers to which your account is tied to. Realizing the importance of data backups, Gensan IT Solutions employs rsync technology on affordable and quality backup options. Although Gensan IT Solutions does perform random backups from time to time, it is in the clients best interest to consider a backup option as part of their routine responsibility in preserving their own data as Gensan IT Solutions can never be held liable for any degree of data loss.



IV.i Unique Circumstances and Emergencies


As with any known issue that may arise with any of the Gensan IT Solutions services, we reserve the right to take any practical and proactive steps that Gensan IT Solutions deem necessary in order to sustain the integrity, security, performance and of course connectivity of our network, infrastructure and clientele base. This includes but by no means is limited to actions requiring Gensan IT Solutions to shut down the Gensan IT Solutions network, deactivate websites or review the content of certain websites in order to evaluate the reasoning behind the apparent hazardous performance. In unexpected circumstances Gensan IT Solutions may require a complete deletion of a certain website, e-mail and/or account because of a significant malfunction, security breach or an assortment of other emergency scenarios that may occur. As such, at Gensan IT Solutions we diligently do our best to backup deleted websites but once again cannot for any reason ever guarantee a full restore of a website, e-mail or any related files.



IV.ii Termination of Data


In an effort to maintain an enhanced level of privacy and security, all data from terminated and canceled services and accounts should be considered instantly deleted and flushed from the Gensan IT Solutions servers. This also includes any and/or all of the available backups. As part of your responsibility in preserving your data, please ensure to backup all of your data before canceling your Gensan IT Solutions account. In certain circumstances the deletion and flush may not be instantaneous depending upon the client's specific situation.



IV.iii Gensan IT Solutions Account Security


Mistreatment or abuse of your Gensan IT Solutions account is your sole liability. This includes activity on your Gensan IT Solutions account by your family, friends, guests, fellow employees or anyone else that may act on behalf of your Gensan IT Solutions account. Therefore it is necessary for you to take precautions against others gaining unapproved access to your account. Additionally, you may not use your Gensan IT Solutions account towards attempting or successfully breaching the security of another Gensan IT Solutions account or attempting to gain illicit admittance to another network or server; Gensan IT Solutions or otherwise.


Your assigned and/or chosen password provides immediate and generally unrestricted access to your Gensan IT Solutions account. For this reason it is your sole responsibility to maintain a secure password at all times. Gensan IT Solutions under no circumstance will be held liable for any mistreatment or abuse of your Gensan IT Solutions account through the prohibited distribution despite it being authorized or unauthorized of your Gensan IT Solutions password. Therefore take precautions from others knowing your password and using your account as you will be held entirely responsible. Furthermore any attempt at obtaining another clients Gensan IT Solutions account password is prohibited and in most circumstances will result in immediate termination of currently enrolled services and your Gensan IT Solutions account.


Any Gensan IT Solutions client who infringes on any level of security may acquire unlawful or civil legal responsibility. Gensan IT Solutions will both assist and work towards fully examining the security infringements by cooperating with law enforcement in any investigation of suspected criminal violations.



V. E-mail Policy and Spam


Having personal e-mail accounts alongside all of you and experiencing the issues spam can cause, we feel it is our responsibility here at Gensan IT Solutions to take a strong position against all unsolicited e-mailing, bulk emailing, and spam in general. Furthermore, applications such as safe lists, double opt ins and anything of the sort will be considered as spam. Any Gensan IT Solutions account that shows evidence of directly or indirectly aiding or sending spam of any kind will result in the clients account and services being immediately terminated with or without notice.


Depending on the severity of the spam, Gensan IT Solutions may issue a cleanup. In this case the Gensan IT Solutions account responsible for aiding in or issuing the spam will be charged a reasonable fee that is decided entirely by Gensan IT Solutions.


Mass e-mail, bulk e-mail and spam scripts of any kind are not tolerated on any of the Gensan IT Solutions servers. In an effort to enforce this policy Gensan IT Solutions servers are capped at 100 emails per hour per Gensan IT Solutions account, any more will simply be bounced back to the sender. If for any reason you require more than 100 e-mails per hour, simply open a support ticket stating the reason why the limit should be raised. The raise will be left entirely up to discretion of Gensan IT Solutions, however if the request is reasonable there is no reason to expect it would not be allowed.


In a further attempt to uphold the Gensan IT Solutions policy on e-mail and spam in general, Gensan IT Solutions completely reserves the right to delete, disable or change any website, database, Gensan IT Solutions account or any component under Gensan IT Solutions control that does not completely comply with this policy. In certain situations Gensan IT Solutions may need to issue these alterations in an urgent fashion, in this case Gensan IT Solutions reserves the full right to do so with or without notice.



V.i Usenet (newsgroups, articles, messages, etc) Spam


Gensan IT Solutions as with any spam maintains a strong position against Usenet spam. This can consist of but is not limited to posting messages, articles or ads which violate any regulations, charters or rules of any newsgroup or mailing list. With this in mind, any messages that are suitable under these rules and regulations of a newsgroup or mailing list are of course permitted.



VI. Refund, Guarantee and Cancellation Policy


Gensan IT Solutions operates under a thirty (30) day money back guarantee for all first time Gensan IT Solutions shared web hosting clients. This guarantee begins at the date of sale and retains its value for a total of thirty (30) consecutive days. This guarantee encompasses only the base cost excluding fees such as but is not limited to domain costs and software licenses.


Additionally Gensan IT Solutions operates under a seven (7) day money back guarantee for all first time Gensan IT Solutions virtual private server (VPS) clients. This guarantee begins at the date of sale and retains its value for a total of seven (7) consecutive days. This guarantee encompasses only the base cost excluding fees such as but is not limited to domain costs, software licenses and virtualization software.


Gensan IT Solutions currently offers no guarantees or refunds of any kind for any domain, backup, web development or dedicated solution.


If you wish to cancel any of your Gensan IT Solutions services you may do so providing you give seven (7) days notice prior to your next billing cycle in order to prevent automatic renewal. If you used a PayPal subscription please simply login to your PayPal account and cancel your subscription agreement with Gensan IT Solutions. Otherwise, if you purchased your Gensan IT Solutions services through a credit card or any other means please login to your Gensan IT Solutions account and submit a cancellation ticket request on our support page found Here.


If you received a free domain name upon enrolling in your Gensan IT Solutions service it is completely acceptable for you to keep the domain that Gensan IT Solutions registered for you on your behalf. Please be aware that although Gensan IT Solutions will not charge you any fee for transferring the domain, it is likely whomever you transfer the domain to will require a fee to process it.


If you joined Gensan IT Solutions under an annual plan and cancel your services prior to the end of the 365 day period, your Gensan IT Solutions account will continue to remain active until exactly 365 days have passed from the date of your most recent yearly payment. After which all Gensan IT Solutions services will be terminated unless you renew your Gensan IT Solutions account prior to the 365 day period expiring.


If you joined Gensan IT Solutions under a semiannual plan and cancel your services prior to the end of the 182 day period, your Gensan IT Solutions account will continue to remain active until exactly 182 days have passed from the date of your most recent semiannual payment. After which all Gensan IT Solutions services will be terminated unless you renew your Gensan IT Solutions account prior to the 182 day period expiring.


If you joined Gensan IT Solutions under a quarterly plan and cancel your services prior to the end of the 91 day period, your Gensan IT Solutions account will continue to remain active until exactly 91 days have passed from the date of your most recent quarterly payment. After which all Gensan IT Solutions services will be terminated unless you renew your Gensan IT Solutions account prior to the 91 day period expiring.


If you joined Gensan IT Solutions under a monthly plan and cancel your services prior to the end of the 30 day period, your Gensan IT Solutions account will continue to remain active until exactly 30 days have passed from the date of your most recent monthly payment. After which all Gensan IT Solutions services will be terminated unless you renew your Gensan IT Solutions account prior to the 30 day period expiring.


Gensan IT Solutions will treat all data of terminated accounts exactly as outlined in the above section IV.ii.


We do not prorate any part of our billing fees for any unused time. The primary reason for this is due to the fact we must plan resource usage, software costs and other fees (domain costs, etc) for the time period initially billed. VI.i Cancellation for lack of payment


Any Gensan IT Solutions account that experiences unpaid invoices more than three (3) days old may be terminated at any time with or without notice. Prior to termination for lack of payment Gensan IT Solutions will send a reminder e-mail to the account holder. Gensan IT Solutions will treat all data of terminated accounts exactly as outlined in the above section IV.ii. VII. Domain Names


All domain names and domain name extensions are subject to the following domain policies herein. VII.i Free Domain Names


All new Gensan IT Solutions 150CC and above shared web hosting packages billed annually are permitted to one (1) free domain name registration for a period of one (1) year or one (1) free domain name transfer. This domain name must be chosen during the initial sign up procedure. To claim the free domain name or domain transfer use coupon code freed, this coupon will relinquish all domain name registration or transfer costs during the initial sign up process. The only free domain name extensions available are located in the below section VII.iii.


If a domain name is not selected during the initial sign up process, you will automatically surrender any claim to a free domain name registration or free domain transfer that was available during the initial sign up process. The free domain registration is for a period of one (1) year. After this period has expired you are held exclusively responsible for the decision to renew the domain name and any renewal fees associated with such actions. If you are not interested in renewing your domain name, simply let the domain name expire.



VII.ii Domain Name Transfers


As mentioned above all new Gensan IT Solutions 150CC and above shared web hosting packages billed annually are permitted to one (1) free domain name registration for a period of one (1) year or one (1) free domain name transfer.


Outside of this one (1) free domain name transfer on initial signup, you may elect to transfer domain names into your Gensan IT Solutions account. In this circumstance it will be necessary for you to acquire a transfer key from your current domain registrar. Generally these keys are available through backend interfaces, however it might be necessary to read your domain registrars terms of service (TOS) to confirm their specific procedures. After acquiring the transfer key, simply provide it to Gensan IT Solutions through our automated checkout procedure and your transfer will be underway. All domain name transfers are equal to the same costs associated with regular domain name registrations.



VII.iii Domain Extensions


The only domain name extensions that Gensan IT Solutions provides for free as discussed under section VII.i for the first year are the ones to follow:

.COM / .NET / .ORG


With regular domain registration processes at any point the following domain name extensions are available to register:

.COM / .NET / .ORG


These domain names can be freely registered by anyone through the Gensan IT Solutions automated checkout process.



VII.iv Transfer your Domain Name Away from Gensan IT Solutions


A situation may arise where you elect to transfer your domain name away from your Gensan IT Solutions account to any other web hosting company or domain registrar. This can occur at any time and on request presuming your Gensan IT Solutions account is in a positive financial standing, the domain name being transferred has not been refunded, is fully paid up, maintains no charge backs, your Gensan IT Solutions account does not have any active or outstanding invoices due and is not in redemption.



VIII. Search Engine Submission


At this present time Gensan IT Solutions offers no search engine submission or optimization services. If you wish to have any of your Gensan IT Solutions services submitted or optimized you must seek out alternative options with other search engine optimization (SEO) firms.



IX. Service Refusal


Gensan IT Solutions reserves the right under all circumstances to completely refuse or refuse any amount of service or services to any client under the sole discretion of Gensan IT Solutions. Additionally Gensan IT Solutions completely reserves the right to suspend, cancel or terminate any account at any time as Gensan IT Solutions sees fit. Gensan IT Solutions will treat all data associated with the termination of an account as outlined in the above section IV.ii.



X. Resource Usage


The following limitations have been put in place by Gensan IT Solutions in order to preserve the integrity of our services. Under no circumstance may any Gensan IT Solutions client take part in:

The use of 5% or more of the system resources. This includes CPU, memory, storage or any other system resource. There are a number of activities that may lead to such problems; some consist of CGI scripts, FTP, PHP or HTTP. If 5% or more of the system resources are used, an automated system will take over which will suspend the violating account(s) and submit for review by Gensan IT Solutions staff. With Gensan IT Solutions VPS services the client may not use their "Burstable" RAM for an excessive period of time where excessive is defined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Gensan IT Solutions. Any sort of interactive real-time chat application that requires server resources are prohibited. The operation and running of unattended server side processes at any point are prohibited. Such operations may include but are not limited to any and all daemons, such as IRCD. Running any software that may connect to or cooperate with an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) network or service. Offer services without the consent of Gensan IT Solutions to third parties which run off of the Gensan IT Solutions servers. The operation of any gaming servers or game scripts for either single or multi player games that Gensan IT Solutions has not consented to individually. The running of an email server offering either free or paid email accounts to the general public. Some examples may consist of but are not limited to; Hotmail, Yahoo Mail or Gmail. The operation of an online radio, shout cast and/or movie service that uses Gensan IT Solutions servers is prohibited.


Under all above circumstances Gensan IT Solutions reserves the right to immediately suspend the account(s) responsible for such actions and will consider each circumstance individually. Gensan IT Solutions will arrive at a decision to the extent of the malicious activity and will either reinstate the account(s) with or without a warning or terminate the account(s) completely in accordance with section IV.ii.



XI. Price Change


The amount paid initially for hosting services will not increase from the date of purchase providing the terms of the package do not explicitly state otherwise upon original purchase. Gensan IT Solutions does however reserve the right to change prices listed throughout the Gensan IT Solutions website in addition to the resources allocated to each of the Gensan IT Solutions plans at its own discretion.



XI.i Auto Billing (Reoccurring Payments)


For convenience in order to prevent an interruption in services, Gensan IT Solutions has employed a reoccurring billing cycle on most monthly, semiannual and annual plans. If you do not want reoccurring payments on your account it is necessary to notify Gensan IT Solutions at least two days prior to the payment taking place. Failure on your part to notify Gensan IT Solutions of your wish to not be billed on a reoccurring basis will automatically result in your account being billed as originally agreed and therefore you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Gensan IT Solutions from any and all claims of wrongful billing.



XII. Bandwidth Usage


Upon purchase you selected and were allocated a specific monthly bandwidth allowance based on the package chosen. As your monthly bandwidth limit is approached an e-mail will be sent to the contact address on file, it is however your sole responsibility to be aware of such limitations and will not hold Gensan IT Solutions liable for any downtime experienced from account suspensions due to bandwidth overages. If overages are experienced or projected for a certain month, all Gensan IT Solutions clientele have the option to upgrade to a larger plan, pay $ 0.50 per GB or simply wait until the following months allowances to occur. Bandwidth usage is measured on a monthly basis coinciding with Client's billing cycle.


In the event that a customer exceeds the resources provided, Gensan IT Solutions at its sole discretion may collect $ 0.50 per GB for the projected overage immediately against the payment method on file. The alternative to this charge is account suspension until the bandwidth charges are brought current.



XII.i Domain Name Account Usage


Gensan IT Solutions services have differing domain hosting restrictions and must be reviewed prior to purchase. If your Gensan IT Solutions plan selected allows for more than one domain to be hosted, then all domains will be hosted under a single account under a single control panel.


By using Gensan IT Solutions resources, under no circumstance are you permitted to do any of the following:

  • Create domains for/with third parties on your Gensan IT Solutions account. All domain names that are in your control panel must be under your direct administration.
  • Have multiple Control Panels or Web Hosting Managers on a Gensan IT Solutions account.
  • Resell domains or web hosting of any size to anyone without the individual and direct written consent of Gensan IT Solutions.


XII.ii Responsibilities and Knowledge of Gensan IT Solutions Customers


By the use of any Gensan IT Solutions services a certain level of assumed knowledge of topics consisting of but are not limited to; internet languages, slang, jargon, terminology, protocols and software is understood. This knowledge level a Gensan IT Solutions client may possess varies greatly in addition to the required knowledge level differing greatly depending upon what the anticipated and desired goals are when using the Gensan IT Solutions services. The Gensan IT Solutions client agrees that they possess the necessary knowledge to create their website with the desired content, look and functionality. The customer agrees that it is not the responsibility under any circumstance for Gensan IT Solutions to provide this knowledge or to create, design, program or help in the designing, creation, programming or publishing of the clients website.



XII.iii Root and SSH Access


Dependent upon the services purchased, Gensan IT Solutions provides both Root and SSH access only in certain circumstances. If a VPS is purchased, the Gensan IT Solutions client will maintain Root access. If a Shared Hosting package is purchased, the Gensan IT Solutions client will maintain SSH access. Under any condition other then what is listed above, the client will maintain no further access to Gensan IT Solutions servers.



XIII. Disclaimer


Gensan IT Solutions under no circumstance will be responsible for damages of any kind that your business may suffer. Gensan IT Solutions makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide other then the aforementioned guarantees mentioned within this document. Gensan IT Solutions disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes but is not limited to, loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, hardware and software failures, hacking, sabotage, terrorist attacks, wrong delivery and any and all service interruptions caused by Gensan IT Solutions and/or its employees.



XIV. Indemnification


Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Gensan IT Solutions harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including any and all attorney fees asserted against Gensan IT Solutions, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Gensan IT Solutions against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Gensan IT Solutions; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers from a Gensan IT Solutions server.


IF LAWSUIT(S) ARE THREATENED AGAINST Gensan IT Solutions. If Gensan IT Solutions is sued or threatened with a lawsuit in connection with Gensan IT Solutions service(s) provided, we may turn to you to indemnify us and to hold us harmless from the claims and expenses which include but are not limited to attorney fees and other court costs. Under these circumstances you agree that you will upon demand, obtain a performance bond with a reputable bonding company or, if you are unable to obtain a performance bond, that you will deposit money with us to pay for our reasonably anticipated expenses in relation to the matter for the coming year. Such deposit will be drawn down as expenses are incurred, with all account notices sent to the WHOIS contact information provided in association with your domain names and/or account. We shall not be obliged to extend you any credit in relation to such expenses and we may terminate our services for a failure to make or renew such a deposit. We will return any unused deposit one year from the conclusion of the matter.



XV. Potential Changes To The Gensan IT Solutions Terms of Service (TOS)


Gensan IT Solutions under no circumstance will be responsible for damages of any kind that your business may suffer. Gensan IT Solutions makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide other then the aforementioned guarantees mentioned within this document. Gensan IT Solutions disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes but is not limited to, loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, hardware and software failures, hacking, sabotage, terrorist attacks, wrong delivery and any and all service interruptions caused by Gensan IT Solutions and/or its employees.


THE CONTINUED USE OF THE Gensan IT Solutions SERVICES AND/OR PRODUCTS CONSTITUTES THE IMPLIED CONFORMITY WITH THE Gensan IT Solutions TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) IN ITS ENTIRETY. BY USING THE SERVICES, THE CLIENT (YOU) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS ASSOCIATED WITH SAID SERVICES, INCLUDING THIS AGREMEENT.


THE CLIENT'S (YOUR) ONLY RECOURSE IN THE EVENT OF A DISAGREEMENT IS TO TERMINATE THIS CONTRACT AND SERVICE IMMEDIATELY AS DISCUSSED WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT.
